Where do you provide services geographically?

Worldwide. Located in Houston, EnVibe provides immediate service to our local area and the gulf coast region. Worldwide, we are only a plane flight away.

What is the standard response time?

If there is an ongoing contract with EnVibe, service is guaranteed within 4 hours. Pending the urgency of your needs and the availability of our personnel, we can mobilize to provide services in as little as 1 hour. If your need for service is not immediate, we can usually schedule service within 24 hours to one week.

What type of safety record does EnVibe have, and do you have a written safety program?

EnVibe maintains a zero accident safety record which is documented and registered with industry recognized, third party entities Avetta (formerly PICS Auditing), ISNetworld, ISO Compliant, PEC Premier, National Compliance Management Service (NCMS) and SMI Safety. Please see our “Safety is Priority One” page for comprehensive information. In addition, our safety records are available upon request. 

Do any of EnVibe's analysts have Basic Plus training or a TWIC card?

Yes, all EnVibe analysts have up-to-date Basic Orientation Plus Training from a Safety Council that is part of the Association of Reciprocal Safety Councils (ARSC). Additionally, each EnVibe Predictive Maintenance Analyst carries a current Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card, and several are Helicopter Underwater Egress Training (HUET) and Safety and Environmental Management Systems (SEMS) certified.

Does EnVibe provide offshore services?

Yes, our analysts have underwater survival training — Helicopter Underwater Egress Training (HUET) certified and have Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) cards. Our Analysts are also Safety and Environmental Management Systems (SEMS) certified.

What safety councils are EnVibe registered with?

Houston Area Safety Council (HASC)
Industrial Safety Training Council (ISTC)

How long does it take to receive my diagnosis?

Once the on-site analysis is complete, you will immediately receive a hand written description of service and operating recommendations summary. A formal report containing detailed findings and recommendations with data will follow within 7 business days.

How will EnVibe provide my report?

Once the on-site analysis is complete, you will immediately receive a hand written description of service and operating recommendations summary. Within 7 business days, you will receive an emailed PDF or hard copy mailed via US Postal.

Is EnVibe available to work weekends and holidays?

Yes, EnVibe provides services 24/7/365.

What does EnVibe require to start work?
