EnVibe reserves the right to cancel any Live in Person or Virtual course. If EnVibe cancels a course due to low attendance or illness of the instructor, EnVibe will provide the attendee with a certificate to participate in a future training session, either in person at another date or virtual up to two years.
Attendees may cancel any course as long as EnVibe receives course cancellation confirmation greater than 21 days prior to that course being scheduled. The attendee will receive a full refund of that course less a $100.00 processing fee.
Attendees may cancel any course 11 to 21 days prior to that course being schedule and the attendee will receive a 50% refund of that course.
Attendees canceling any course less than 10 days prior of that course being offered will be required to pay for the entire course tuition.
If you cannot attend, you may switch to another course, virtual or in person class. If the new course costs more, you will have to pay the difference. If it is less expensive you will not receive a rebate. Your course credit may be used by another individual in your organization for up to a year from the course date.
Envibe is not responsible for fees incurred related to cancellation of travel expenses to include but not limited to airline, rental car, and/or hotel reservations. We recommend contacting us before making reservations to make sure the course is happening.
